I think that we definitely must develop eco friendly habits. We must get with it….and start developing a better eco friendly environment and life….Are you involved, and how, are you contributing to a better and cleaner and greener world, do you buy organic food, and if not why not…..what habits are you starting to change, for a healthier you and environment?

I recycle but thats it I still drive a 8 mile per gallon SUV
My family and I grow herbs and many vegetables and what we don’t have we get from this local farm. Most of my stuff is organic as I’m a vegetarian. In the summer I hang dry my clothes. For heat we insulated the house and light candles (it really helps heat small rooms). My car is really good on gas, 29 mpg, and I car pool with friends to school. I used to bike when I lived in a small city, but now I live in suburbs. We just started recycling this year lol. I live in America though, but your question is really great it applies to every country nowadays!
I think that Conservation and Environmental Awareness and all related subjects, should be taught at school as part of the curriculum, so that our young people will grow up with a healthy attitude and understanding of nature and how things fit together. this can only manifest itself into a greater respect for our planet and a better quality of life for everyone,
I try as much as possible. I regretted that I didn’t use cloth diapers with my daughter. I know I will for sure with my next baby. We try not to use plastic as much as possible. I breastfeed her, and plan to breastfeed again if I have another baby, we don’t eat any red meat poultry and dairy, and we walk as much as we can instead of drive everywhere, and we don’t smoke.
It’s not easy in our busy world to do what we have to. We should be doing a lot more than we are. But we try, and we will start doing more.
